Triple Chocolate Muffins!

These are big, to make cupcakes reduce the cooking time slightly and put the mix in cupcake cases.


100g cooking chocolate
300g self-raising flour (sifted)
1tsp baking powder
100g dark muscovado sugar
250ml milk
50g melted butter
2 beaten eggs
50g dark chocolate chips
50g white chocolate chips


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
Melt the chocolate, sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the sugar, butter, eggs, milk and melted chocolate.
Fold in the flour mix then the chocolate chips.
Spoon the mixture into paper muffin cases and bake for 25 minutes until firm to touch.
