300g dark chocolate
200ml condensed milk
2tsp vanilla essence
Line a 15cm square baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Stir all of the ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat until the chocolate has melted.
Pour the mixture into the tray and smooth the top down.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut the fudge into cubes and enjoy!
